Returns and Exchanges:
We are very proud of our Panda Park Boutique collection and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days for a complete refund less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 30 days, up to 60 days we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 60 days from receipt of purchase. Personalized items and special order items are not returnable.
All returns must be in original packaging, with all tags in place. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
...Returning Your Item
Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
...How to Return Your Item
Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS or FedEx. Shipping is not refundable.
...Exchanging Your Item
Please call Customer Service at (586) 781-9050 to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS or FedEx. You will receive and e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
*Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please allow 2 weeks for processing Returns/Exchanges.
Sales Tax:
Orders shipped within the state of Michigan will pay 6% sales tax. All other orders are exempt.
Shipping fees: We ship via UPS, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail and USPS Express Global Guaranteed. At this time we ship to addresses in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Sweden and Australia.
