It's The Place for Valentine's Apparel

I was out at the mall yesterday and wandered into The Children's Place and saw the cutest baby girl Valentine's Day Tee. They showed it layered with a white shirt underneath and paired it with a darling jean skirt with ruffles on the back. (Note: I was at the mall to buy myself a pair of black boots but you know how that goes!)
