The Lazy Wife

The Lazy Wife is the most entertaining blog I have ever read. I found her blog on Mommies With Style and laugh out loud every time I read a new entry. She writes about being a housewife and and expectant mother. Here is a sample from her "Wait! I've Gotten Something Done!" post :

"It’s amazing how productive one becomes once they look at their bank account balance. It’s as if by doing laundry and organizing the loft I will somehow keep our checking account at a positive balance for the next five days. It’s definitely worth a shot. I’m horrible at math but I’m pretty sure that the total amount you pay in bills should be lower than what you are paid each month. I could be wrong though.
Getting my M.R.S. degree was rather pricey, and boy are we paying for it now. It is an investment though. I mean I decided on my ‘major’ within 5 months of starting college and graduated within three years. I’m a girl with goals. Mr. Sloth said I tricked him into thinking I was extremely motivated, but he actually broke me down and forced me into slothdom. I don’t want to know how much we’ll have to sell on EBay to pay off our student loans, but I’m giving it a go. I’m also looking into getting paid to take naps for people. Mr. Sloth says to follow my dreams….I’m taking him literally."
